Dellepiane was established in Sedona in 2017 as a humble burger-and-empanada joint, tucked into a small, lively space where creativity and flavor first took root. Over its first five years, Dellepiane became a local favorite, earning Best Burger year after year across Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek.

As demand grew, so did our vision. Dellepiane has now evolved into a full Argentine grill, seafood market, and burger bar, located in the Village of Oak Creek at The Collective Plaza. Our menu highlights the bold, fire-driven traditions of Argentina, the vibrant freshness of coastal seafood, and the craft that made our burgers famous.

Please note: Our signature empanadas are now served exclusively at Willy’s Empanada House, located just 70 feet from our restaurant — keeping the tradition alive while allowing Dellepiane to expand its culinary offering.

Today, Dellepiane continues to blend authenticity, innovation, and a bit of rebellious fun — inviting guests to experience the next chapter of our journey.

Chef and Owner Tomas Agostino then realized that it was time to turn his Burger & Empanadas concept into something more authentic from Argentina and Latin America. It was time to fulfill his "Parrilla Restaurant Dream". Dellepiane offers all grass-fed Niman Ranch beef, all organic chicken dishes, fresh and never frozen fish, and an outstanding Plant-Based Menu. Dellepiane now has a great variety of options for everyone and lots of delicious homemade Chimichurri!
